Acquisition of stake in Visma AS (NO) by Hg Capital’s Saturn 2 fund – Enterprise value NOK 110 billion

Carnegie acted as joint financial adviser to HgCapital’s Saturn 2 fund in the acquisition of further stake in Visma. Following the investment Hg Capital Saturn 2 will own a majority stake of circa 54%.
