Carnegie acted as joint bookrunner in Avida Finans’ SEK 200 million junior subordinated AT1 bond issue

Avida Finans Aktiebolag (publ) has issued SEK 200 million of junior subordinated perpetual Additional Tier 1 bonds (sw. primärkapitaltillskott) with a first possible call date in June 2024. The bonds carry a floating rate coupon of 3 month Stibor + 9.50 percent per annum. The transaction received strong interest from Nordic institutional investors and will further strengthen the capital position of the company and enable continued strong profitable growth. The Issuer intends to apply for listing of the bonds on Nasdaq Stockholm.
