Carnegie joint global co-ordinator and joint bookrunner in the IPO of Cary Group

Cary Group Holding AB (publ) (“Cary Group” or the “Company”), a leading  vehicle glass repair and replacement provider that prolongs the life cycle of vehicles and maintains the safety features, today announces the outcome of the Initial Public Offering of Cary Group’s shares (the “Offering”) and the listing of the shares on Nasdaq Stockholm. The Offering attracted very strong interest from large Swedish and international institutional investors as well as the general public in Sweden. The Offering was multiple times oversubscribed.
