Carnegie acted as exclusive financial adviser to PayPerWash in the process of securing a DKK 600m senior credit facility agreement with Capital Four. The facility consists of a DKK 300m senior credit facility from Capital Four combined with a DKK 300m Super Senior accordion feature to be provided by a third party. August 2019.
