Carnegie acted as financial adviser to Adelis Equity Partners in the sale of Mobilhouse to a consortium led by Danish family-owned investment firm Kirk Kapital. Mobilhouse is a leading provider of temporary modular buildings for offices, schools, kindergartens and building sites in Denmark. Mobilhouse has in recent years had a strong focus on ESG solutions including the offering of Swan ecolabelled temporary modular buildings to its customers. The company was founded in 1961 and is headquartered in Fredericia, Denmark.
