Carnegie acted as exclusive financial advisor to owner of Commentor in the sale of Solita. Solita Oy owned by Apax Digital has entered into an agreement to acquire the shares in Commentor A/S for an undisclosed amount. The transaction enables Solita to further strengthen its Danish presence and their Pan-Nordic European position as a leading Next-gen IT service company. Solita will support and invest in Commentor’s continued growth journey and position as a top tier Danish IT service company. The combined entity will have close to 1500 employees.
