STC Interfinans, a Swedish private investment company, has today announced the divestment of the fully owned subsidiary STC Greenfood to Fidelio Capital. The transaction value was undisclosed.
Greenfood is a leading independent player in fresh and processed fruit and vegetables in the Nordic region with business in Sweden, Finland, Spain and Denmark. The Group has sales of over SEK 3 billion and has approximately 550 employees operating in three business segments – Wholesale, Fresh Cut and Eden Salad.
Completion of the divestment is subject to approval by relevant competition authorities and closing is expected to take place during the third quarter of 2015.
