MB Funds based in Finland announced today the sale of Parmaco Oy (“Parmaco”) to a consortium consisting of Terra Firma, Metric Capital, Sung Hung Kai & Co and current management.
Parmaco is a leading provider of high quality movable rental buildings primarily used for day cares and schools in Finland and Sweden. Parmaco has two production sites in Finland as well as several production partners in the Baltics and Sweden. In 2017, Parmaco had sales of EUR 101.2m and an EBITDA of EUR 20.5m.
The transaction is subject to regulatory approvals. The parties have agreed not to disclose the transaction value.
Carnegie acted as sole financial adviser to the owners of Parmaco in connection with the transaction.
