Midroc New Technology, Fouriertransform and Finindus last week sold 5,000,000 shares on a pro rata basis in PowerCell AB through an accelerated bookbuilding, to Swedish and international institutional investors, at a price of SEK 93.0 per share. The placing price was in line with the one month volume weighted average price for PowerCell.
Following the placing, the sellers own 15,835,176 shares in PowerCell, corresponding to 30.5% of the total number of shares and votes in PowerCell.
Subject to customary exceptions or obtaining consent from Carnegie, the sellers have agreed to a lock-up period of 180 days, in relation to their remaining shares in PowerCell.
Carnegie acted as sole bookrunner.
