Carnegie acted as joint global co-ordinator and joint bookrunner in the IPO of Cint

Cint Group AB (publ) (“Cint” or the “Company”), a global software leader in digital insights gathering, today announces the outcome of the initial public offering of its shares on Nasdaq Stockholm (the “Offering”). The Offering attracted very strong interest from large Swedish and international institutional investors as well as the general public in Sweden. The Offering was substantially oversubscribed. As a result of the Offering, Cint will have more than 44,000 shareholders. Trading on Nasdaq Stockholm commences today, 19 February 2021.
