Claims and complaints

If you should be dissatisfied with how Carnegie has handled a securities transaction, managed your deposit account or performed some other service, it is important that you contact Carnegie as soon as possible to state your views (claims). If you do not make a claim immediately, Carnegie is not responsible for any damage that could have been avoided if a claim had been made immediately.

In the first instance, you should contact the Carnegie employee with whom you were in contact in conjunction with the matter to which the claim pertains. If after such a contact, you are still not satisfied, you may contact Carnegie’s claims manager using the address to the right. Enclose any documentation that you have on the matter, such as settlement notes.


To facilitate processing of your claim, you should state the name of the Carnegie employee with whom you had contact and the date of that contact.
