Business Support

Through continuous change and improvement, we ensure that all business areas receive the support they need and are thus able to devote themselves entirely to business operations. To be able to deliver the best service to our clients and follow regulatory demands, Carnegie need to have efficient processes and support functions.

IT - is responsible for the Group’s common IT systems and digital development.

Human Resources (HR) - is responsible for recruitment, employer branding, competence development, the strategic work environment management and compensation and benefits. 

The Credit Department - is primarily responsible for Swedish credit operations.

Financial Control - is responsible for legal reporting and accounting for the Carnegie Group and most subsidiaries. Here you will work with accounting and reporting, as well as tax issues.

Treasury - is responsible for managing the ongoing liquidity requirements that arise in Carnegie’s operations.

Legal - has the overall responsibility for Carnegies internal legal matters and assist all business areas with their expertise.

Compliance - is actively working to support the business and management to ensure that it is conducted in accordance with regulatory demands, and are responsible for implemantation of internal policys and rules.  

Internal service - comprises office and property services, reception and restaurant with high quality.

Operations - the operational business containing Middle Office, Back Office, Corporate Actions, Fund Administration and Portfolio Services, Account Services and Payments.
