Argan Capital through Air Syndication Sca, has sold 8,000,000 shares in Humana AB through an accelerated bookbuilding to Swedish and international institutional investors at a price of SEK 65.00 per share. The deal was upsized to 8,000,000 shares due to strong demand.
The investment company Impilo increased its shareholding in Humana to 9,842,500 shares corresponding to approximately 18.5% of the total number of shares and votes by acquiring 3,200,000 shares in the Placing. Impilo is now the largest shareholder in Humana. Following the placing, Argan Capital owns 6,163,790 shares in Humana corresponding to 11.6% of the total number of shares and votes.
Humana is a leading Nordic care company that offers individual and family care services, personal assistance, as well as elderly care and housing with special service for individuals with functional impairments.
