The Carnegie Art Award 2012 opens with an award ceremony in mid-November 2011 at the Stenersen Museum in Oslo. It will be the second time the exhibition is shown at the Stenersen Museum, the first time being in 1998. The museum is located in central Oslo next to the concert hall. The exhibition will tour to the Royal Swedish Academy of Fine Arts, Stockholm, Amos Anderson Art Museum, Helsinki and Sophienholm, Lyngby/Copenhagen.
