Every second year the jury compiles the exhibition by selecting among the nominated artists submitted works. The artists that participate in the exhibition represent a diverse spectrum of Nordic contemporary painting. The Carnegie Art Award exhibitions have from the start in 1998 attracted more than 308,000 visitors and received substantial media coverage. The Carnegie Art Award 2010 exhibition consists of 50 works of art by 23 artists. Ulrika Levén is the curator of the exhibitions.
