He previously worked for SEB Enskilda/Orkla Finans from 1994-2009, the last 2 years as Head of Corporate Finance in Norway. Prior to that he worked at Union Bank of Norway and SEB Frankfurt. Christian holds a Diplom Kaufmann degree from the Universität Mannheim, Germany (1984-1989).

	Torleif Ernstsen Investment Banking Tel: +4722009388 Torleif Ernstsen joined Carnegie in 2007. He was previously a manager at Deloitte Transaction Services. He holds an MSc. from the Norwegian School of Management (BI) and is also qualified as a State Authorized Public Accountant.

	Lars Larsen Investment Banking Tel: +4722009422 Lars Larsen joined Carnegie in 2009. He has previous experience within investment banking as a Partner at Alfred Berg Norge AS (ABN AMRO) and as an M&A advisor at NorgesInvestor AS. He also has experience from private investment activities as well as from board positions for companies within a broad range of industries. He holds an MBA from the Rotterdam School of Management and a B.Sc. in Finance from the University of Oregon.

Previous work experience includes various sales and management positions in Cinet, vice president of sales and marketing in Egroup/Allianse, and most recently corporate finance advisor in Berg Goller & Co. He holds an MBA from Norwegian School of Management (BI) and ESCP-EAP in Paris.
