Frans Lindelöw. Born 1962. Acting President and CEO of Carnegie since September 2009. Previously, Frans Lindelöw worked within the Nordea Group, where he has most recently been Head of Banking Sweden and member of Group Executive Management. Prior to that, he was CEO of Nordea Securities. Previous positions include Head of European Equities for HSBC in London and Stockholm, Vice President Derivatives Sales for Salomon Brothers in London and Head of Equity Sales for Handelsbanken in New York.

Björn Jansson, born 1963. Group Co-head for the Securities business area since 2009. Björn Jansson has previously worked at Enskilda Securities for 11 years, as global Head of Research and Co-head for SEB Enskilda Securities. During 1993-1998 Björn worked at Alfred Berg as Global head of Research and, before that, as sector analyst and local head of research at Enskilda Fondkommission in Stockholm.

President Carnegie Fonder since December 2010. Previously, Hans was chairman of Carnegie Fonder. During the period 2000 – March 2010, Hans was president of HQ Fonder. Formerly employed by Hagströmer & Qviberg as a pharmaceuticals analyst, project manager in Corporate Finance, chief strategist and head of research. Employed as a fund manager since end 1999.

Chief Risk Officer (CRO) since December 2010. Fredrik started at Carnegie in August 2009 and worked as group credit manager until December 2010. Formerly Fredrik was credit manager at SEB Luxembourg. Previous experience includes BOS Bank Poland and various managerial positions in the SEB group.

Firstly company solicitor and then Chief Legal Counsel at the bank since 2008. Formerly company solicitor at Nordea Bank and Nordea Securities during the period 1999 – 2008. Previous experience includes Linklaters lawyers.

Born 1963
CFO since October 2010. Pia Marions comes from Royal Bank of Scotland, where she was chief operating officer for the Nordic region during 2006 – 2010. Formerly Pia was CFO of Skandia Liv during 2002 – 2006. Previous experience includes Länsförsäkringar Liv, Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority (Finansinspektionen) and authorised public accountant with Arthur Andersen in Sweden and New York.

Head of Communications and Marketing since 2007. Formerly vice president, investor relations at SCA. Previous experience includes business analyst for group management of SCA. MBA, Stockholm School of Economics.
